Monthly active users (MAU) & concurrent users (CCU) will be calculated with respect to each active app on your monthly billing. MAU & CCU will not be cumulative across all of your active apps. Therefore, your billing will occur on the app level and not the account level (cumulative). The only exception to this rule is if you're on our SaaS Platform Integrator plan.

Examples

Developer Plan: If you're on a Growth 10k plan, this means that your plan will include 10,000 MAU and 500 CCU (5% concurrency included). Your billing will then be calculated based against these values, per app, that has a Growth 10k subscription plan.

SaaS Integrator Plan: If you're on a 10k SaaS Platform Integrator plan, this means that your plan will include 10,000 MAU and 500 CCU (5% concurrency included). Your billing will then be cumulative across all of your apps for MAU and peak (highest) for CCU.

Unlimited Events Plan: If you're on an 10k Unlimited Events plan, this means that your plan will include 10,000 MAU and 10,000 CCU (100% concurrency included). Your billing will then counted by taking the peak (highest) attendees across all of your apps for both MAU and CCU.

*If you go over in the allowable usage values provided, you account will then incur $0.05 per additional MAU and $1 per additional CCU.
