CometChat collects a lot of data regarding end users chat activity. This data can give insight into user behavior, preferences, patterns, and trends. 

With the data insights feature, the aim is to get this data into useful graphical representations to enable you to understand your users and take action to improve usage and engagement.

This feature is currently only available in the Early Access Program (EAP).

4. Which implementation methods support this feature?

Any CometChat account can take advantage of this feature. Once we enable it in the backend for you, give the system 24 hours to fully load the data, and then simply visit your dashboard to see your insights!
