The quality of the video stream when using CometChat will not be fixed. We have kept this dynamic as it will depend on the end-users connectivity and local bandwidth. Therefore, the quality of the video call will depend on connection and local bandwidth.

Video Files & Formats

When sharing video files, please be advised that we do not perform any compression on the video files themselves. You will need to utilize a third-party software/application to compress the video files to your desire before sharing them via CometChat. However, we do support all types of video formats!
