Email addresses are associated at the account level rather than the App level. Individual Apps do not have emails associated. The email address associated with the CometChat account will automatically be the "owner" role of all Apps within that account.
If you would like to change the email address associated with the account, and thereby change the owner of the account, you can follow the steps below. Keep in mind that only the owner of the account can see the invoice history. You cannot use an email address that is associated with another CometChat account.
To change your email address & password:

Log into your CometChat account

Click on the profile icon in the top right of your account dashboard and select Account Settings.

Enter your new email address and then select Save.
- Once you save, you will be automatically logged out and can log back in with the new email address. It is not required to change the password however, if you are transferring ownership it is recommended.
