All CometChat accounts, regardless of plan type, retain 12 months of invoice history in the Dashboard. Only the account owner has access to the Plans & Billing section where invoices are available.
As the owner, you can log in, go to Application in the left-hand menu, scroll down to Plans & Billing, click on the Invoices tab, and easily download invoices from the past 12 months.
If you'd like PDF copies of invoices older than one year, you can submit a request here, and our friendly support team will share them with you.
