All CometChat accounts, regardless of plan type, will hold 12 months of invoice history in the Dashboard. In order to access invoices for an account, you must be the owner of the account. As the owner, you can log in, head to Plans & Billing, click on the Invoices tab, and easily download invoices from the past 12 months. If you'd like pdfs of invoices going further back than one year, you can submit a request here and our friendly support team will share them with you.
