How do I pause my subscription?

For customers not on a contract you can pause your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard simply by canceling and then re-subscribing when you are ready. Simply head to the Plans & Billing section. Keep in mind that data is only retained for 6 months, so make sure to resubscribe before then to keep your data. If you are on a contract, you can reach out to our support team to discuss your options.
