Where can I locate call recordings?

To access call recordings, follow these steps:

  1. Open the CometChat Dashboard.
  2. From the menu, navigate to the Calls section, then select Logs.
  3. Select the desired time range.
  4. Tap on "Search."

Please note:

  • Recordings must be longer than 1 minute to be stored.
  • There may be a delay of 5-10 minutes before recordings are available in the Dashboard.
