How does message deletion work for my end-users?

Your end-users have two options for deleting messages. They can delete messages individually within a conversation, or delete an entire conversation. 
1. Deleting a Conversation: This removes all messages in the conversation, also deleting the conversation from the users conversations list. The conversation will reappear when a new message is exchanged.
2. Deleting Messages Without Losing the Conversation: Users can also choose to delete individual messages in a conversation which will not result in the conversation disappearing from the list.
