How can I view and export chat history from the dashboard?

To access chat history in the Dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard.
  2. Go to the left-hand menu, under the chat section go to Logs
  3. Tap on the "History" tab.
  4. Choose a date range to search for chats.
  5. If needed, click the Export button to create a csv.
