How can I hide the messages in the CometChat dashboard?

To hide messages on the Chats tab of your dashboard, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the left-hand menu, under the chat section go to Settings.
  2. Enable the Chat Logs toogle to Show or Hide the chat messages.

This will disable the functionality to show messages on the dashboard interface. For further assistance or questions, please connect with our support team by creating a ticket.
