The steps depend on whether you're using Legacy Widgets or the Widget Builder.
If you're using Legacy Widgets
- Log in to your CometChat Dashboard.
- Navigate to Chat & Messaging → Widgets (Legacy).
- You'll see a list of all the widgets you've created.
- Click Settings next to the widget you want to configure.
If you're using the Widget Builder (No Code)
- Log in to your CometChat Dashboard.
- Navigate to Chat & Messaging → Get Started / Integrate.
- Select the No Code tab.
- Under the Widget Builder (No-code, Copy/Paste Embed) section, you'll see a list of all your created widgets.
- Click Customize next to the widget you want to configure its settings.
