How do I activate analytics?

All CometChat Apps come with an Overview Page which shows key information about the App such as Peak Concurrent Connections, Monthly Active Users, and Voice and Video minutes. For our customers who want to delve deeper, we offer an enhanced analytics feature called Insights. With Insights enabled you can see key metrics about your App and users that help with retention and customer engagement. Learn how long it takes a new user to send their first message; understand when your users are most likely to be online; see how many groups are actually active; find out if your users are on Android or iOS.
