Can I turn off threads in my widget?

Yes! Log in to your Dashboard and navigate to the left-hand menu, under the chat section go to the Widgets section. Click on Settings>Chat Component then simply deselect the box next to Threaded conversations & replies. If you're using our UI Kits or SDKs, check out our documentation page to find more information on Threaded Messages specific to your framework.
