The user who creates the group is automatically set as the group owner.
If creating a group via the API, you can include the 'onBehalfOf' field to assign a user as the group owner.
If the onBehalfOf field is not included, the system will assign app_system as the group owner.
If app_system is the current owner, you can use the Update Group API to add the desired user's UID in the owner field, designating them as the new group owner.
