At CometChat, we pride ourselves on an upfront and transparent pricing model. Outside the cost of your monthly subscription (or a one-time event), any other costs incurred will come from either overages or voice & video usage. 

Your plan will have a maximum number of allowed Monthly Active Users (MAU) and Peak Concurrent Connections (PCC). Once you pass those maximums, you will incur overages. If that happens, it's probably time to move to the next tier and you can contact our sales team or upgrade right from your dashboard! 

Voice and video minutes are charged on top of the monthly subscription cost of the plan.
