What should I do if I exhaust my user quota on CometChat?

Customers on paid subscriptions with CometChat will never face a limit or quota on the number of users allowed. Learn more about how usage is calculated on paid plans here.

If you are on a free Build plan, you will be restricted to 100 users and will not be able to create any more users once you hit that limit. If you’ve reached your user limit in a Build plan, you will need to delete users to free up space. Use the Delete User API to remove unnecessary test users. Ensure that test users have been deleted and not just deactivated, as deactivated users still count toward your limit.
