Where to Find and Download Your Invoices
Invoices are available on the CometChat dashboard for up to 12 months. To access them, log in to your CometChat account, navigate to the left-hand menu, go to Applications, and select the Plans & Billings section. There, you will find the Invoice section, where you can view or download your invoices.
Please note that only the App Owner has permission to view and download invoices. If you need to change the owner of your App or request invoices from more than one year ago, create a request here.
How to Change or Add a Billing Address
If you would like to change or add a new billing address for mailing purposes or as shown on your invoices our support team can easily fulfil this request for you. Simply create a ticket here and include all the relevant information.
Adding or Updating A Credit Card
To add or update a payment method in your CometChat account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- Navigate to the left-hand menu, go to Applications, and select the Plans & Billings section.
- In the Payment Method section, click on Edit.
- Enter the required details, and your payment method will be updated automatically.
Request a Payment Link
If your credit card payment fails , you will receive messages from the system to let you know. It is important to get a new credit card uploaded as soon as possible in order to avoid service disruption. If you are unable to upload a new card and would like to request a payment link. Please create a request here and our support team will be happy to help.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards as they are processed through our preferred vendor, Stripe! Those include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, China UnionPay, and most debit cards.
Stripe is an online payment processing and credit card processing platform for businesses. CometChat works exclusively with Stripe for payment processing due to their robust security and infrastructure that keeps our customer data safe and secure.
We also accept ACH payments and wire transfers. Contact our support team if you'd prefer to pay via ACH or wire transfer. Please note that these payment types require a minimum payment amount due to compliance reasons.
