How can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

If you need to upgrade or downgrade your plan for any reason you can follow the steps below. 

  • Log in to your account and navigate to the relevant App. Keep in mind you likely have a production App and a staging App, the production App is the one associated with the subscription. 
  • Navigate to Plans & Billing at the bottom of the left hand menu. 
  • On the Plans tab you'll see all plans available for selection from your Dashboard. If you are interested in a plan you do not see, please contact Sales.
  • Use the sliding toggle to select the plan you'd like to move to, and then click Subscribe or Downgrade. 
    • Please note, plans over a certain number of MAUs will require outreach to Sales
  • You will be prompted to confirm your selection and your payment information. 
  • You will see a confirmation window and your changes will be processed. The changes will happen immediately in the case of an upgrade, and at the end of the current billing cycle in the case of a downgrade.
