If you still need to cancel, you can follow the steps below:

Navigate to your CometChat Dashboard and select the correct App.

Select Plans & Billing at the bottom left-hand menu and then click on Cancel Subscription.

Fill out all the appropriate information provided in the prompted window and then click on Next Step. A final action window will then be prompted.
Once you have completed the steps outlined above, you will then receive an email confirmation for your cancellation. Please note that your subscription will not be renewed unless you reactivate your subscription.
