Activating or reactivating a subscription

To activate a new subscription or reactivate a subscription after cancelation follow the steps listed below. Please note that if you are reactivating after cancelation, all invoices must be cleared. To learn more about the plans available, visit our website

  • Navigate to the CometChat dashboard and then to Plans & Billing in the left-hand menu 
  • Click on Current Plan to access a list of available plans 
  • Adjust the MAUs under the required plan to your desired amount
  • Click on the "Subscribe to this plan" button and confirm in the pop-up box
  • Proceed to another page to add or confirm payment information.
  • Once payment is completed, you are subscribed.
